Soladex provides solar energy forecasting, monitoring, and optimization tools through our web application and associated services. These tools are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial or energy management decisions.

User Responsibilities

As a Soladex user, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, ensuring your solar system data is up to date, and safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to share account access with unauthorized parties or use the platform in any way that could disrupt service for other users.

Service Limitations

The Solar Power Index (SPI) and all forecasts provided by Soladex are estimates based on available weather data, historical performance, and rate structures. Actual energy production and savings may vary. Soladex does not guarantee specific energy production levels or financial outcomes. Our forecasts are not a substitute for professional energy consulting or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

The Solar Power Index, Soladex brand, and all associated software, algorithms, and content are the intellectual property of Soladex LLC. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Soladex content or technology without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

1. Soladex may update these terms as our services and regulatory environment evolve.
2. Users will be notified of material changes via email and in-app notifications at least 30 days in advance.
3. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
